About us
Who are we?
We are three engineering alumni from UCL: Brice, Alexandre, and Vincent. Drawing on our experience in consulting, we have observed the challenges of recruitment in engineering.
Brice, a former Business Manager, identified a key need and surrounded himself with Alexandre, a product development expert, and Vincent, a computer engineer and software architect.
Together, we created ERTP, a solution designed by engineers, for engineers, to optimize candidate evaluation.

Our challenge
Recruitment often lacks uniformity and objectivity, with unconscious biases and tests that are unsuitable for the skills of engineers. The tracking of results is insufficient, and the process, which is too time-consuming, complicates decision-making.
This is what motivated the creation of the Engineer Ranking Test Platform, also known as ERTP. ERTP meets these challenges by providing a structured, quick, and reliable technical assessment.

Brice Thomas
Manager / Marketing / Sales
Engineer by training and former Business Manager, Brice founded ERTP to address a clear need: to help companies assess technical skills objectively and effectively. Today, he is doing everything possible to promote this solution and optimize the recruitment of engineers.

Alexandre Thomas
Assessment Test Designer
Engineer by training with over 5 years of experience in product development, Alexandre is responsible for designing assessment questionnaires at ERTP. He applies his expertise to ensure a precise and relevant evaluation of technical skills.

Vincent Dagnely
Software Architect
Computer engineer with over 5 years of experience in software development (front-end and back-end), Vincent is the software architect of ERTP. He is responsible for the development of the platform, ensuring a high-performance, intuitive, and scalable solution.
